Returns & Refund Policy 

Returns Shop Policies -:
- In case of any issue inform us within 3days of delivery by emailing us at care@kaashcollection.com
- And ship back within 7days of receiving.
- All our items have tags on them, if tags are removed includes defected (if any) are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
- Color variations will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
- Threads coming out, zari coming out or little inconsistencies isn't considered as a defect.
- Our agreement is necessary to make a return. In case item is shipped back to us without our agreement we will not be liable to refund.
- We are not liable for any delays by the shipping carrier. In case your order does not reach you on time for an event due to delay by the carriers, we are not liable to accept it as a return.
- Defects are considered as a tear, in case of a tear please email us pictures of the defect at care@kaashcollection.com and we will verify the same with our quality check videos.
- Please email us at care@kaashcollection.com in case you have problem with the order. Calls, chats and WhatsApp's messages will not be considered as proofs  for conversations. 
- Buyer pays for the return shipping.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of Return -: 
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Only items which are defected eligible for returns.

Conditions of Refund -:
Refund if applicable : If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 15 business days.
