Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- In case of any issue inform us within 3days of delivery by emailing us at care@kaashcollection.com
- And ship back within 7days of delivery.
- All our items have tags on them, if tags are removed includes defected (if any) are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
- Color variations will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
- Threads coming out, zari coming out or little inconsistencies isn't considered as a defect.
- Our agreement is necessary to make a return. In case item is shipped back to us without our agreement we will not be liable to refund.
- We are not liable for any delays by the shipping carrier. In case your order does not reach you on time for an event due to delay by the carriers, we are not liable to accept it as a return.
- Please email us at care@kaashcollection.com in case you have problem with the order. Calls, chats and WhatsApp's messages will not be considered as proofs for conversations.
- Custom or personalized orders
- Item on Sale, Discounted Items/Items bought during Sale. These include products shopped during a site-wide sale, Promotional Sale, and/or other discounts/ coupons code given
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Only items which are defected eligible for returns.
Conditions of Refund -:
Refund if applicable : If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 15 business days.

2 Days Shipping (Not Delivery) - 4-5 business days. Costing from $12-$15.
Express Delivery - 2-3 business days. Cost depends on the weight.
International Shipping is Calculated at Checkout. Please note we Ship to selected designation Internationally includes Canada, Australia, United Kingdom.
Note: We usually ship in 1-2 business days from Pleasanton, California USA.
Delays by Shipping Carrier - :
- Any delay from the carriers exceeding the delivery timeline, Kaash Collection will not be responsible for the same.
-For sizing please refer to the Size Chart given in the listing with the pictures.
- Please do NOT go by the size of the Kurta that you already have from another maker. All makers have different size Charts.
- Size mentioned in the Size chart is the "Kurta measurement"
- We are here to help with the sizing however we only suggest on the basis of the measurements provided to us.
- Sizes in the size chart are standard sizes.
- We have tags on all our products once tags are removed or tempered (in case of any defect as well). We will not be liable to refund even though the product reaches us.
- There can be little variation in the color due to screen resolution setting, phone display setting or anything else. Kindly do not hold us responsible.
- No return or exchange will be accepted for color variations.
